Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes with Ground Turkey

What You Will Need:


1 lb ground turkey breast
1 onion, finely diced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tsp Garlic Salt
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

 In a large skillet, add turkey, onion, and green pepper until turkey is white throughput. Add all ingredients from skillet to crock pot. In a side bowl  mix together tomato soup, ketchup, mustard, garlic salt and brown sugar and pour over ingredients in the crock pot. Stir well. 

Cook on high for 2 hours and then low for the next 2 hours (4 hours total), Serve on large sandwich or hamburger buns.

Makes about 6-8 servings.
