Ingredients:
1 Scoop Vanilla SlimFast powder
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice Instant Jello Pudding Mix
A Dash of Nutmeg
1 Cup of Milk
6 Ice Cubes
Directions:
Blend together and enjoy!

I would use pumpkin pie spice, and yogurt for less calories. Add ice for thickness
