I served it over whole wheat spaghetti with a side spinach salad. You could also serve the chicken over greens instead of pasta.
What You Will Need:
3-4 Chicken Breasts2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Seasonings:
Garlic Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
Directions:
Sprinkle Garlic Salt and Ground Black Pepper over each chicken breast. Place Olive Oil in a skillet and add chopped onion and chicken breasts, simmer until brown on each side. Next add Balsamic Vinegar and Can of Diced Tomatoes and seasonings and cook on each side for 8 minutes.Serve over whole wheat pasta or greens for a delicious meal that is healthy and low cal!
